Orivo provides free, browser-based tools for creating documents such as invoices, agreements and résumés. This page explains what information is involved when you use the site and the choices you have. We've kept it plain and short.
You don't sign up or log in. The documents you create and your preferences (such as theme) are stored locally in your own browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device — it is not uploaded to us or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.
The tools are free to use, supported by advertising. We work with third-party advertising partners who may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device to show and measure ads. These partners operate under their own privacy policies. When required, we ask for your consent through the cookie banner, and you can accept or decline. Declining disables non-essential (advertising) cookies.
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used, in a way that does not identify you personally.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not require or collect names, emails or payment details to use the free tools. Any details you type into a template (for example a client's address) live only in your browser and in the file you export.
You can decline advertising cookies via the banner, clear your local data at any time through your browser, and use your browser's settings to manage cookies. Most ad partners also offer opt-outs through industry pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
